Return Policy:

Damage to your order:
All efforts are made to ensure your package will arrive in perfect condition. However on the rare occasion your order does arrive damaged, please immediately take photos of all packaging conditions and condition of the damaged goods. All packages are insured and a claim should be made with USPS here.
Lost / Stolen packages:
Anna Chovie is not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen by porch pirates. Once the package is scanned into USPS they are responsible for it. All packages are insured. Please file a claim with USPS here.
