Anna Chovie's signature works are the Mini Jelly Collections. Inspired by 1950's-70's style gelatin and aspics, our Mini Jellies feature handcrafted clay "ingredients" and often lots of glitter. Pricing varies by design complexity. Each piece is one of a kind and imperfections are to be expected.

Uncle Jerry's "Plenty a' meats" Spiral Jelly

Known for his Italian meat party tray, Uncle Jerry tried his hand at a festive meat jelly. Chock full of sliced mortadella, salami, and olives suspended in glittering pink jelly. It's a mystery what jelly flavors are in this recipe, but they are pink and layered, and if he tells you, he'll have to kill you.

The Midwest Princess Jelly

This picnic-appropriate jelly has been the crown jewel of many swap meets for years up and down the Mississippi River. Classic medley of corn, peas, green beans, carrots, and a lima bean or two are suspended with a layer of sliced radishes in pale orange aspic. Vienna Sausages complete this masterpiece.

Shirley's Shrimp & Olive "Salad"

Shirley loves to bring this head turning salad-that-is-not-a-salad to fancy dinner parties. She knows the combination of chilled shrimp, olives, and pineapple-cherry rings brings an elegance to any soiree. Shirley isn't bothered when no one ever touches her offering. She knows from experience that it's best enjoyed in private, often while weeping, over a kitchen sink.
